Summary: Responsible for maintaining standards of all kitchen safety and food quality assurance, supervise employees, manage daily kitchen operations, able to conduct inventory while utilizing budgeting skills, obtaining product quotas, developing recipes. Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:  Graduate from an accredited culinary school/institute. Minimum one year executive chef experience and five years of progressive work experience; must have prior experience and proven skills in supervising employees, time management, budgeting and marketing. Must have a valid Alaska driver’s license with clean driving record and insurable under company’s automotive insurance. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Summary:  Produce high quality creative materials for a wide variety of print campaigns—including newspapers, magazines, and other publications in a fast-paced, full-service printing prepress department. Candidate must have understanding of printing process both web and sheet-fed presses; able to preflight and troubleshoot files as needed. Perform press checks to maintain quality control. Provide graphic design services including publication layout, design and info-graphics. Possess strong typography skills. Collaborate with creative director, customer service representative and/or project manager as required. Provide creative input on projects. Prepare and maintain digital images for press projects with excellent attention to detail. Maintain workflow process from start to finish. Design/paginate newspapers and other publications for a variety of commercial items (including, but not limited to: magazines, booklets, brochures, newsletters, calendars, posters, menus, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, advertisements, etc.). Communicate effectively with other departments, as well as clients. Meet daily deadlines. Must be detail oriented and work efficiently. Work individually and as part of a team. Minimum requirements: Two years related experience in design and graphics, production, or a related field; degree from a two or four-year college, university, or technical school a plus. Operation of Macintosh computers is essential with knowledge of CTP systems and maintenance a plus. Ability to utilize software: primarily Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat Pro, Quark XPress, and a variety of preflight and imposition applications. Summary:  Fast-paced ad agency seeking full-time graphic artist and production designer to assist creative team in all phases of developing multi-media campaigns. Must have web and print knowledge that reflects an understanding of design, color, typography and production. Knowledge of Indesign, Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred. Experience with Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Flash, photography and videography a plus. Designs annual reports, newsletters, brochures, fliers, ads, and more, according to strategic plans provided by account supervisor, creative director and the client. Meets as needed with client management team members to ensure coordination on timelines, budget, briefs, etc. Works with designated “team” personnel in production of said materials. Works with account supervisor, creative director, production/printer outside sources/purchases needed to fulfill production of each project the art director designs. Strives to meet assigned deadlines. Communicates with creative director/account management if deadlines cannot be met for any reason, or if an extension is required. Works with production studio/printer, providing complete input, and any instruction required to smoothly complete production of approved design. Provides all required specifications (inks, papers, sizes, etc.) to production. Reviews all production materials on assigned projects, and signs off prior to forwarding job to the relevant departments for further required approvals. Minimum requirements:  Bachelors degree in Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or other relevant field; proficiency in Microsoft applications, and two to three years experience in the advertising industry are preferred.
