Did you know? Over 1,000 people experience homelessness in Anchorage any given night.

The Calista Welcome Home Donation Drive ended Friday, January 25. Thank you for playing your part and supporting families in need!

You—the Anchorage community—are invited to join Calista Corporation & Subsidiary Employees to donate household items to families and individuals transitioning from homelessness through the Path To Independence program. This provides a path out of homelessness and into a home.

Path To Independence is a pilot program housing individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Anchorage. Calista Corporation is one of many funding partners. The program is organized and operated by Cook Inlet Housing Authority, Weidner Apartment Homes, and Catholic Social Services.

With Calista’s donation match, your simple donation of any of the remaining items, will go twice as far in providing a family in Anchorage with the means to get back on their feet and in their own home.

Calista Employees and the public successfully donated these items to complete Welcome Home Baskets!
