MISSING ADDRESSESLet us know if you move!Many Calista Shareholders do not have a valid address registered with Shareholder Records. When this happens, we are unable to send important information to Shareholders, including newsletters, distribution checks, and data-gathering documents for stock transfers and proxy packets. Many of the items we send out include opportunities for both Shareholders and their Descendents, so it's important that the information reaches you. When Shareholder mail is returned to our office, we mark it as having an unknown address. Unfortunately, the Shareholder Records Department has no way of knowing if you change your address. Even if we are aware someone has moved, we are not able to change a person's mailing address until we have received a signed document indicating the new address.
