OVERVIEW

A corporation is a business entity made up of people working together. Its owners are called Shareholders. Shareholders elect Directors. The Directors hire a President for the corporation. The President hires employees to carry out the daily responsibilities of the corporation. The corporation needs all of these to operate together.

Working together, they are able to accomplish much more than they could do alone.
