Shareholder Hiring Preference

Pre-Employment Screening
Applicants must pass a drug test after receiving a job offer and before beginning work; refusal to test results in disqualification. Calista also conducts background checks on all potential hires, evaluating the nature, severity, and timing of any convictions in relation to the position.
