Calista and its holding lines hold investments in other corporations, LLCs, and joint ventures, sharing in profits or losses based on our ownership percentage.

Brice Sukakpak, LLC

With the acquisition of Brice Inc., Calista acquired 50 percent ownership in Brice Sukakpak, LLC. The company was established in 2007 to purchase and lease property in Deadhorse, AK.

Delta Constructors, LLC

Calista in late 2019 acquired a 25 percent interest in Delta Constructors, a leading oil and gas construction firm operating in Alaska, Canada, and the Lower 48. Calista’s stake in Delta Constructors is owned by Delta EMI, LLC, a Bektuq Holding subsidiary.

Northstar Gas

NorthStar Gas LLC, formed in July of 1998, is a partnership between Calista Corporation, NANA and 16 Village Native Corporations that provides a variety of retail and wholesale fuel, propane and petroleum products to Bethel and villages throughout Western Alaska.
