Calista Corporation Announces 2025 Spring Distribution of $13.1 Million

Nearly 38,500 Shareholders will receive 48th Distribution

February 18, 2025

(Anchorage, Alaska) – Calista Corporation’s largest-ever Shareholder distribution of $13.1 million will occur on or before April 4.

This distribution is 7 percent larger than last year’s spring distribution of $12.1 million. More than 1,100 additional Shareholders were also added in the past year.

The average Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive an estimated $316. About 6 in 10 Shareholders live in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Region, which will result in about $7.8 million of the distribution going into the Region.

“Providing benefits to our Shareholders continues to be the focus of the Board and management,” said Willie Kasayulie, Calista Board Chair. “It is exciting to see the growth of Calista with over half of Calista’s dividends and distributions being declared only since 2020.”

This is the 48th distribution in Calista’s history, and total distributions to Shareholders now exceed $160 million. Shareholder distributions are typically made in the spring and the fall, subject to approval by Calista’s Board of Directors.

Direct deposit and address updates must be received by March 25. Updates can be completed at MyCalista.com, the free Shareholder portal.

Direct deposits will be made on or before April 4, and checks will be mailed on the same date for those without direct deposit. Shareholders in the Y-K Region should allow up to three weeks for mailed checks to arrive, weather permitting.

Nearly 38,500 Shareholders will receive the 2025 Spring distribution. Calista is the largest regional Alaska Native Corporation by number of Shareholders.
