Calista Corporation extends condolences to the family of Carl M. Morgan, a Calista Shareholder originally from Upper Kalskag who served on the Calista Board of Directors for four consecutive terms (1994-2005).
Morgan further served the entire Yukon-Kuskokwim Region as the District 36 House Representative in the Alaska Legislature (1999-2004); his legislative service included chairmanship of the House Community and Regional Affairs Committee and serving on other committees.
Morgan also served in several other roles in Y-K Region, including Mayor of Aniak, Aniak Traditional Council member, and board director for The Kuskokwim Corporation.
