Seven Calista Corporation Shareholders Win 2024 Early Bird Proxy Prizes
Nearly 11,000 Shareholders Eligible for All Prize Drawings

(Anchorage, Alaska) – Seven Calista Corporation Shareholders are winners of regular Early Bird proxy prizes in the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The prizes are randomly drawn by Sramek Hightower, a certified public accounting firm in Anchorage that serves as the Inspector of Elections.
Approximately 10,700 Shareholders who voted online by 5 p.m. on May 24 qualified for the regular Early Bird prizes and were entered in all remaining prize drawings. The winners are:
- $10,000 Prize – Sean T. Ward (Aniak)
- $2,500 Prize – Jo Ann Evans (Bethel)
- $1,000 Prize –
- Matthew A. Kristovich (Fairbanks)
- Shawn P. Pattison (Anchorage)
- Bryant L. Akaran (Kotlik)

- Lorraine J. Brown (Eek)
About 3 in 4 Elders who have voted did so online. Nearly 7 in 10 voters finished in less than 3 minutes.
The deadline to qualify for Regular Proxy Prizes is 5 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time on Monday, June 3. All valid paper and online proxies physically received by this deadline qualify. There are 10 prizes totaling $17,000.
