“Early Calista leaders, our Elders, set a goal to hold the Annual Meeting in every Yukon-Kuskokwim Region village,” said Thom Aparuk Leonard, vice president of corporate affairs. “Calista staff are working hard to meet that goal, with the first meeting in the Yukon River area since the 2010 meeting in Marshall. Every Shareholder counts.”

Proxy prizes are only awarded if enough Shareholders vote and quorum is reached. This makes the Annual Meeting valid. Learn more at www.CalistaCorp.com/AnnualMeeting.
