Ten Calista Corporation Shareholders Win Final 2026 Proxy Prizes

Nearly 13,500 Shareholders Eligible for Final Drawings

(Anchorage, Alaska) – Ten Calista Corporation Shareholders are winners of the final drawings for the Online Regular and Regular proxy prizes in the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The prizes are randomly drawn by Sramek Hightower, a certified public accounting firm in Anchorage that serves as the Inspector of Elections.

Nearly 13,500 Shareholders who voted by paper or online by 5 p.m. on June 1 qualified for the Online Regular and Regular proxy prizes. Three Online Regular prize winners were drawn from valid proxy votes cast online. Seven Regular prize winners were drawn from all valid paper and online proxy votes. The winners are:

Seven in 10 voting Elders voted online. Nearly 9 in 10 voting Shareholders did so online.

This year’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m., Friday, June 5, in Bethel at the Ayaprun Elitnaurvik School Gymnasium.
