For the Regular proxy prizes, all votes (paper or online) received by July 2 at 5pm qualified. For the Online proxy prizes, online votes received by July 2 at 5pm qualified.

Reminders:

• The last chance to vote is in-person at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (July 6–Friday, Bethel Regional High School); in-person voting does NOT qualify for any proxy prizes
• All votes are received, verified and validated by the Inspector of Elections (Sramek-Hightower, certified public accounting firm in Anchorage)
• All proxy prize winners are randomly drawn by the Inspector of Elections (Sramek-Hightower)
• The cost to process paper votes is twice the cost of online votes
